TechUpRoc was founded to increase African American representation in high-tech careers through S.T.E.M. workshops for inner-city schools and an I.T. consulting business. While the mission was clear, the brand was not. Founder Veronica, an experienced I.T. professional, knew the organization needed a stronger, more cohesive identity to reflect its dual focus on education and technology. She lacked confidence in the existing brand, making it difficult to attract both students and corporate clients.

Through brand strategy sessions, we worked closely with Veronica to define TechUpRoc’s identity, messaging, and visual direction. The goal was to create a brand that could confidently speak to business leaders in tech while also engaging young students in S.T.E.M. programs. We ensured the branding was modern, professional, and adaptable for both audiences.
